1 Account Registration and Eligibility Requirements

To register an account on the jdbyj platform, you must meet the following requirements—

• You must be 21+ on the date you register your account.
• Each person may only register one personal account. A second account may be closed.
• You must provide your correct name, phone number, and payment details. Incorrect information may cause issues when withdrawing.
• Gaming on jdbyj must be done responsibly and within a budget you can afford.
• We reserve the right to refuse any account without prior notice.

If we find that the information provided at the time of account registration is inaccurate, we reserve the right to suspend that account along with any remaining balance.

2 Player Responsibilities

Every player must follow the responsibilities below—

• You are responsible for the security of your own account. Never share your login details with anyone.
• Do not use your account as a pass-through account for other people's funds.
• You must play with your own money only. Syndicate play is not allowed.
• If you find a software bug, report it to customer support immediately. If you exploit the bug for gain, your winnings may be voided.
• Do not use abusive or offensive language when communicating with customer support staff.
• Do not engage in any activity related to lending, gifting, or money laundering.

3 Deposit Rules

You can deposit at jdbyj using KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. The minimum amount for each deposit is 20,000 Ks.

• At the time of deposit, you must have sufficient funds in KBZ Bank, AYA Bank, CB Bank, or Wave Money.
• If your deposit does not appear on the platform, please contact customer support with a screenshot of your payment.
• If we find that a player is making payments through another person's account rather than their own, we reserve the right to suspend the account.
• If your deposit is taking longer than expected to appear, contact the support team immediately in MMT time zone (UTC+6:30).
• All transactions are in Myanmar Kyat (Ks / MMK) only.

4 Withdrawal Rules

A minimum balance of 30,000 Ks is required to withdraw. Normal withdrawal processing time is 5–30 minutes.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method registered in your own name. No transfers to third parties.
• Bonus funds can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement for that bonus has been met.
• We may hold withdrawals until a player's KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is complete.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended while an account investigation is in progress.
• We aim to process withdrawal requests on the same day, but please understand that delays may occur due to payment network issues.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

jdbyj's welcome bonus is 200% of your first deposit, up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks. The wagering requirement to withdraw bonus funds is 20x the bonus amount.

Example—

• Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 40,000 Ks → Balance 60,000 Ks → Wager 40,000 Ks × 20 = 800,000 Ks before you can withdraw the bonus funds.
• Deposit 120,000 Ks → Bonus 100,000 Ks → Balance 220,000 Ks → Wager 100,000 Ks × 20 = 2,000,000 Ks before you can withdraw the bonus funds.

When using a promotion—

• Check the specific wagering requirement and expiry date for each bonus carefully.
• Promotions may be changed or discontinued without prior notice.
• If you withdraw before meeting the wagering requirement, the bonus may be forfeited.
• After claiming a bonus, you can wager with any game you like to meet the requirement — but be aware that some games may contribute different amounts toward the wagering requirement.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any related winnings may be voided and the account may be closed.

6 Fair Play and Security

jdbyj places special priority on ensuring a fair and quality gaming experience for all players. We use SSL encryption technology to protect players' personal and financial information.

• Our games operate using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, and every result is random.
• All player game records are stored digitally and will be used to resolve any disputes.
• Players can review their own game history from within their account.
• If an issue arises during a live casino game, the decision will be made by referring to the recorded footage of that game.

7 Prohibited Actions

Players are strictly prohibited from doing any of the following—

• Using unauthorized software or bots (bot betting) connected to an account is not allowed.
• Directly exploiting betting systems (e.g. Martingale system) in combination with bonus funds is not allowed.
• Using a VPN or proxy to access the platform from restricted countries is not allowed.
• Any activity related to money laundering is not allowed.
• Colluding with other players to act against the platform is not allowed.

If there is reasonable suspicion that any of the above prohibitions have been violated, we reserve the right to immediately suspend the account and hold the funds.

8 Account Suspension / Closure

We reserve the right to suspend or close any account for the following reasons—

• If a breach of these terms and conditions can be proven
• If the account is linked to fraud, lending of funds, or money laundering
• If the player requests it themselves (Self-exclusion)
• If false information provided at registration is discovered at a later date
• If a player continues playing without setting personal limits despite our encouragement to do so in line with our responsible gaming policy

9 Limitation of Liability & Dispute Resolution

jdbyj strives to operate professionally with all players; however, we cannot be held responsible for losses caused by internet connectivity issues or service downtime.

• If a game produces an incorrect result due to a technical error, we reserve the right to correct that game result.
• If a player has a dispute, they should first contact customer support via Live Chat. If the matter cannot be resolved there, they may email [email protected].
• Our decision on any gameplay-related matter will serve as the final ruling.
• jdbyj disclaims liability for any damages, loss of income, or partial loss of income, and every player is considered to have agreed to this by using the platform.
